Our online breathing program for kids aged 7 to 14. Includes the Lip Seal E-Manual, an introductory video and the three Lip Seal Lessons presented in 3 x 30min (approx) videos. The program videos are designed to be watched one per week over three weeks and incorporate  weekly exercises, culminating in a simple exercise (5 min/day x 5 days a week) for breathing retraining that should be performed for 8 weeks to gain maximum benefit.
